1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Insight's Creator Studio ("Service"), operated by Insight From Feedback ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Service.

2. Description of Service

Insight's Creator Studio provides AI-powered YouTube creator tools including video analysis, comment analysis, sentiment detection, theme identification, content idea generation, thumbnail generation, title generation, and AI chat assistance.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Free Tier: Limited analyses per month
Pro Plan: $9.99 per month

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
All payments are processed through Stripe
Prices are in US dollars and subject to change with 30 days notice
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate delivery of analysis, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact support.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violate YouTube's Terms of Service
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or content creators
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Insight From Feedback and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses the YouTube API Services. By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSIGHT'S CREATOR STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
No refunds will be provided for any unused subscription time
We may delete your data after 30 days unless legally required to retain it

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
